Inspired by daily dining scenes, the artist developed an interest in the form of crabs on a plate. Focusing on the crabs on the plate, they quickly captured their outlines and light-and-shadow effects with free and spontaneous brushstrokes. The aim is to break the rigid impression of traditional still-life paintings through a simple composition and expressive brushwork, endowing ordinary ingredients with a unique artistic vitality.
