For example, the glaze cracks on a porcelain painting are a natural phenomenon that appears after the firing process is completed and are not indicative of a quality issue with the artwork.
The majority of the artwork images you see on our website are actual photos of the artworks. However, there will be one or two conceptual images among them. These are background images of the artworks generated using AI technology and are for reference only. They are not the actual artworks. If you need to return or exchange the item for this reason,Please apply for a return according to the return conditions.
